One packing machine for a bakery's entire range.

How Cratedge engineered and exported a single industrial packing machine that handles a commercial bakery's products across different shapes and sizes.

The challenge

A commercial bakery in Oman produces a wide range of products, each with its own shape, length and height. A dedicated packing machine for every product would have multiplied capital cost, floor space and operator headcount.

Our engineering response

We designed one machine around the bakery's full product range instead of a single item. Adjustable product guides and format settings let operators switch between products with a short changeover.

Tested on real dimensions

The machine was built and run against the client's own product sizes before dispatch, so performance was proven in Pakistan, not discovered in Oman.

Exported & installed

It shipped with full export documentation, an operating manual and a spare-parts list, and was installed at the bakery in Oman.

The outcome

One machine, one operator station, and the bakery's whole range packed on a single line.
